The property was beautiful, old, and reasonably priced. We had an excellent stay. - the location was perfect and amazing for Venice. - Short walk to vaporetto stop, San Marco square, shops, restaurants, and bars.

Tbh, had a such wonderful stay for one night. It had an incredible location - minutes from a grand showpiece square. Besides, we were just off St Marc's square, San Marco & Bridge of Sighs, and so many restaurants.

Fine meals with hot drinks.

The location was good.

Reception were rude. Didn't have our booking despite us having evidence of it. Tried to charge us more than what we booked on line. Wifi didn't work in room like advertised.

This place is small but well-maintained, and the staff are fantastic; the breakfast here is excellent, really appreciated it, we would have extended our stay if we could, overall a delightful experience.

It was brief.

The hotel was overpriced what I actually received in the way of service. The shower stall is too small and the drain in the shower drained very slow. The sea water rising in the Square was a big inconvenience, I had to wade through the water to get to the ferry to my cruise ship. Not a nice experience.

TV channels not good and wi-fi didn't work on the room.

Convenient location, right next to St Mark's Campanile. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, which was a nice perk! 🍹

We loved the room and were upgraded to a "Canal View" room without asking. A/C worked very well. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Accomodated our small dog with no problems.

Breakfast had its sketchy aspects - eggs were not appetizing (undercooked and probably from powder), coffee and juices were of not the best quality. TV was tiny with very few channels (but who comes to Venice to watch TV?)

The bed wasn't very comfortable - very old.

The hotel was upgraded and fairly clean, it had excellent wi-fi, its location was amazing in San Marco square.
